Are you really protected?

Can we really explore and enjoy all our sexuality by avoiding sexually transmitted diseases?

We all know the basic answer, but in the heat of the moment most of us have – at some point – omitted the use of protection at least once.

Talking about safe sex always seems like a taboo but to stay safe – every time – use the tips below and protect yourself!

RULE 1 OF THE SAFE SEX: BRING THE PRESERVATIVES WITH YOU

Do not rely on your partner for condoms.
Always keep a few condoms in stock, check the expiration dates before use and always bring one with you! Are you ashamed to buy them at the pharmacy or supermarket? Buy them online

TALK ABOUT  SAFE SEX

Talk to your friends and friends. Face the subject of safe sex so that you feel more comfortable and determined when the time comes to really talk about it.
The best suggestions can come from people who share similar experiences and who understand your concerns.
It’s easier to be safe when you’re not ashamed.

“CREATE” IN ADVANCE OF LIMITS

Create basic safe sex limits in advance. Write to them to remind you that they are important and not negotiable. Health First of all!

SEX SAFE AND ALCOHOL DO NOT AGREE

Avoid being drunk – or shit – because your judgement might fail!

CHOOSE PARTNERS THAT ASSUME YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITIES

Choose partners who take on all responsibilities in relation to safe sex.
Look for partners who prefer to discuss it, rather than sticking to not using condoms or playing on feelings of guilt.
Learn to say no and take your time. You must feel good and at ease, not in trouble.

NO SENSE OF FAULT

Don’t feel bad about yourself if you find it difficult to deal with safe sex. Many of us have been taught that talking about sex is not romantic and that girls should not do it.
But do you know what? We can!
We can do it and talking about the practice becomes even easier!
